About the heated clothing

How does Jackoli™ heated clothing work? Our heated vests and jackets use carbon-fibre heat pads to provide steady warmth to key body zones. They are powered by a rechargeable battery and controlled with the front power button.
What are the heat settings and temperatures? Low is approximately 45°C, medium is approximately 50°C, and high is approximately 55°C.
Where are the heating zones located? Jackoli™ garments use 5 heating zones: 2 in the front and 3 in the back.
How do I turn it on and change heat settings? Connect the battery, then press and hold the power button for around 3 seconds to turn it on. Press the button again to cycle through the heat levels.
How do I know it is heating? The power button lights up to show the selected heat level. If it is on and connected properly, the garment should begin warming shortly after start-up.
Why does it feel warm but not hot? The heat pads run hotter than the outer fabric. The garment is designed to provide steady wearable warmth rather than feel extremely hot on the outside.
Is it safe to use? Jackoli™ heated clothing is low-voltage and designed for normal adult use. Follow the care and usage instructions, remove the battery before washing, and do not sleep while wearing it powered on.
Where can I wear it? It is ideal for walking, camping, sport sidelines, commuting, outdoor work, motorbike rides and general winter use.
Can I wear a jacket over my heated vest? Yes. A jacket or outer layer can help trap warmth and improve overall heat retention.

Battery and charging

Is the battery and charger included? Yes. Our heated clothing includes both the battery and charger.
How long does the battery last? Battery runtime is approximate and depends on the heat setting used. The 5,000mAh battery lasts up to 3 hours on low, about 2 hours on medium and about 1 hour on high. The 10,000mAh battery lasts up to 6 hours on low, about 4 hours on medium and about 2 hours on high.
How long does the battery take to charge? With a 12W charger, the 5,000mAh battery takes approximately 3.5 hours to charge and the 10,000mAh battery takes approximately 6.5 hours.
Can I charge the battery in my car? Yes, with a suitable high-output USB car charger. Built-in vehicle USB ports may work, but they can be slower.
Can I use other power banks? Some compatible 5V/2A+ power banks may work, but fit and performance can vary. Very large power banks may not fit properly in the battery pocket.
What size battery fits in the pocket? Our 5,000mAh and 10,000mAh batteries fit the pocket properly. Larger batteries are generally not recommended.
Can I use it while the battery is charging? No. The battery should be fully charged before use and should not be charged while connected to the garment for heating.
Can I fly with the battery? Yes, in most cases. The battery should be carried in hand luggage rather than checked baggage. Always check with your airline if you are unsure.

Troubleshooting

What if the garment does not turn on? Make sure the battery is fully charged, the cable is connected firmly, and the power button is being held for around 3 seconds.
What if it turns off after a few seconds or minutes? Check that the battery is charged and connected properly. If available, try another cable or battery to rule out a connection issue.
How do I know if the cable is connected properly? The connection should be pushed in firmly so it is fully seated. A loose connection is one of the most common causes of heating issues.
What if the battery will not charge? Try a different charger or USB cable first. If it still does not charge, contact us for support.
What if it still is not working? Get in touch with us and we will help troubleshoot the issue or arrange a warranty claim if needed.

What if the size does not fit? If the item is unused, you can swap it for another size.
How does the size swap process work? Complete the Size Swap Form and return the garment following the instructions provided. Please do not include the battery or charger unless asked to do so.
What is covered under warranty? Jackoli™ heated clothing is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults.
