The Jackoli™ Heated Shoulder & Neck Wrap uses carbon fibre heating zones to deliver steady warmth across the areas that often feel the cold first.

The heating zones are positioned across:

• Right shoulder

• Base of neck

The simple power button lets you choose from three heat settings:

• Low: approx. 40°C
• Medium: approx. 45°C
• High: approx. 50°C

The wrap is designed to provide comfortable, steady warmth rather than excessive heat. Allow a few minutes for the warmth to build, especially in cold conditions.

Because it runs from rechargeable USB batteries, the Jackoli™ Heated Shoulder & Neck Wrap is more flexible than a plug-in heat pad. Use it at your desk, on the couch, in the caravan, while travelling or anywhere you want extra warmth around your upper body.

Care instructions

Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not submerge or machine wash. Always disconnect and remove battery before cleaning. Allow the wrap to dry fully before reconnecting the batteries.

Warranty

All Jackoli™ products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults, defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or failure to follow care and usage instructions.
