All Jackoli™ products are covered by a 2-year warranty for your peace of mind.

We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

2-year warranty

Applies across the Jackoli™ range, including heated clothing, batteries, chargers and wellness products.

Simple claims process

Email us with your order details, a description of the issue and any helpful photos or videos.

If you need help, we’ll guide you through the next steps and any troubleshooting if required.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact us at steven@heatedvest.com.au.

Include your order details Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Describe the issue A short explanation of the problem helps us assess things quickly.
Send photos or video If relevant, include images or video showing the issue.
Troubleshooting first if needed In some cases, we may ask you to complete a few simple checks before arranging the next step.
